Company Description:

We, VisiTrans GmbH, are a software development company located in the Paderborn Technology Park specializing in web-based logistics solutions. Together with Messe Berlin, we have developed a traffic and logistics management system for exhibition centers.

Your tasks:

  • Active customer service in the area of trade fair logistics and transport

  • Recording and processing of incoming support requests in the ticket system

  • Data management and documentation in CRM tool

  • Colleague support

  • Quality assurance of the platform

  • Evaluation and feedback of support requests

You bring with you:

  • An open and sympathetic manner

  • Pleasure in telephone and written contact with customers

  • A high degree of communication skills

  • You value teamwork and like to work at eye level

  • You are not afraid of making mistakes and just try things out

  • Good command of English

  • MS-Office is no foreign word to you
